If he was attacking you / making fun of you, he would have said something along the lines of "Veegie, you look like an 11-year-old." as opposed to "Is it just me or does he look like an 11 year old when he smiles?".

No one was making fun of you.

PS: It's not your decision to decide who is in power. I could care less if you think I should or should not be an Arbiter; I was chosen for a reason, and I'm sure that if I was doing a bad job I would be removed. It's none of your concern.

I think it's ok to register when you're under 13 as long as your parents fill out some form or something like that...parental consent of some sort.
