How do bungie, microsoft, and team xbox all make pictures with this quality... also while moving around in game? All I can figure is they have something like yelo (made by microsoft) that is set on a timer that automatically takes pix every 30 seconds or so.

Well I'd assume they're using a dev box which can dump images directly from the engine.

Yelo's method of capturing images is almost exactly the same as the Dev xbox method, and the xbox lacks the resources to capture video's.. if the resources were available i'm sure xbox7887 could pull it off.

The Xbox Development Kit includes tools to record videos directly from the Xbox and take pictures.

To the question about xbox7887 being able to make one: The answer is no, because the standard Xbox does not have the hardware to be able to do so, unlike a dev box.

Oh, that makes sense. What would an xbox have to have to run it?

Which wouldnt be hard would it? You just open the xbox and then plug in the ram right? Or is it a special type of ram just for the xbox?

Yeah. Except you're completely wrong, and are just being plain arrogant at this point.

That isn't the only thing that differentiates a dev kit from a regular consumer Xbox.

The correct term would be 'Soldered'.

Microsoft gives them to game developers, hence the name. No, you cannot buy or make a developer's Xbox.
