okay, i not only used a lens flare on the edit, but i also used filter/render/lighting effects to accent it. Copy and paste figures onto the ground and color them black, then erase at 50% opacity and you get a really good shadow.

I wanted to know how to cut around an object and what settings you used for the nuke?
