The parts are composite composed of silicon, plaster, and a poly-urethane epoxy.

Great stuff. I expect to buy lots of these. Oh and don't use 3rd party models, I just glanced at that SMG, and the barrel was too thick. I suggest using First Person models. Also, having models directly from Halo 2 wont be pretty, there are flaws that were compromised for input into the game. Example, the round battle rifle bolt, should be round, not jagged.
