kornkidcrazy wrote:Keablr, what are you using for a bump?

and Trulife, it looks good, but the visors are a little odd and the poses look a little unnatural. Other than that its good.
The bump I am using is the normal bump from Halo 2

EDIT: Just wondering what is the best way and effective way to rig the Master Chief. If anyone can help thanks.

Using the Skin Modifier. You could use the Physique Modifier but its a pain in the ass in my opinion. Heres the link to a tut on using the skin modifier with the MC. http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?pg=3&fid=1262

CDK908 wrote:it's perfect. best skin i've seen. it even bet dec's bubble shield. but i doubt that it'll cast a shadow cuz its see thru just like a window it don't cast a shadow even tho it has physical properties
No, just no.

Please, stop talking about thinks you don't know. Glass does cast a shadow, and since this is similar to glass it will cast a shadow.

Of coarse it's better than Dec's because it's not a skin it's a render in 3ds Max... Dec's was a picture from Halo which doesn't have refraction's or a bump.

The shadow shouldn't be so dark though.

Yes, but it still should cast one.

Nice but it looks too "plastic" to me.

Is that the halo 3 spartan model??
