Hmmm, I guess I'll be the negative one here...
I find the mod to be lacking detail
You could say that cel-shading is supposed to lack detail and just have lines but I don't believe its like that.
The mod needs some gradients and stuff.
However I can say that I do really like the look of the warthog, the rest doesnt look nice really...it looks like you used the paint bmp>dxt thing and just filled in with green or brown and drew lines all over it
Editing the coagulation_ground in terms of alpha channels will help yhou create the roads more easily (with your little grass overlaps I can see) and then try and smooth out the pixels I can see as a result of some editing...
Even though my post sounds all bad, (and I'm betting you'll have an argument in return for me
