There is a number of teleporters you will see around the course. There are two sets of them.
One set of them goes from watching areas so you can watch the race. You just start at the first teleporter near the race start and go from there. You will end up at the next watching area and then you will go to the teleporter that is located there. You just keep going through them and you can watch a whole race easily.
The other set of teleporters are located near the tracks perimeter. These are incase your vehicle is screwed for some reason or another and need to get back to the beginning of the race to get a new vehicle pronto. The teleporters on the perimeter all lead back to that central teleporter located on the ground level near the mongeese.
