I lol'd. Again. You just seem to keep asking questions like this. :\

You need a device like XSATA or XPORT to hook your 360 HD up to your PC, this doesn't involve wireless connections or routers AT ALL.

I spy artifacts; if I am going to by a connectivity kit for this I want to be reassured. Will this retrieve images and save them at 100% lossless format, and is Halo 3 even capable of this feat?

glitchyguardian posted an image he got from his hard drive, it is 100% identical to the image on his Bungie.net profile. It appears there isn't a quality loss when uploaded to Bungie.net.

this takes them directly from the container and does not modify the file at all... so there is no quality loss, and it is the same as you would get from b.net

Well B.Net's is horrible. Is there any other way to get them in great quality? I know that H3 saves them to your HDD in JPEG format, but still ... Is there another way?

no... i don't do anything to the image. I just extract it directly. no conversion or decompression. just a straight copy so no theres nothing you can do

Do you think there will be any luck for us once we start modding? Maybe making a new yelo-type trainer, then using this tool to extract them straight from the frame buffer? (Or however that works...)

People without Live would find it incredibly useful.

He was saying you wouldn't be uploading to Bnet (Using Live) if your console was modded (That would be modding on Live). Where did the Acemods thing come in? You aren't uploading to Acemods from your Xbox.

Ok, Anthony I do have another question for you.
How come some people (me) can get pictures at the resolution of this : [Click]

The one above has a great resolution (1920x1080) yet it's quality isn't as good as the one below.

Then others can get pictures like this [Click]

The one above has extremely good quality and has a resolution of 1536x1152.

========
I'm stumped. :?:
