HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I'm no daily member around these parts, and I don't post much, but I hope you don't overlook or undermine this post because of that. I wasn't quite sure which section to put it in due to two games being involved in my questioning, so I'm very sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I come here at least once a week to check up on any Halo 3 or Halo Wars modding updates, however, and I was wondering if I could have some questions answered/considered;

-If a Halo 3 Vista were to be released, would there be a greater possibility of asset extraction?
-Is it currently possible (Doesn't need to be do-able) to extract assets from Halo Wars, and if so, is anyone researching or creating a way to do such?
-Was there anything on the Halo 3 or Halo Wars disc that did not appear in the actual game, similar to the Flood Juggernaut form from the Halo 2 Xbox disc?
-Will Halo 3 Campaign gamesaves ever be released to the public? If so, no need to put why, I understand if there are moral reasons as to not do so.

3) Not really
4) They probably were at one point for some reason. I doubt Anthony, Detox or I will be doing any though.
