editing master cheifs colors

how do you change the master cheifs colors to black?

also how do you edit bitmaps in halo 3?

You can normally change your color to black in the Appearance menu in the game.

You can't. No one has figured out raw data compression yet. meaning no extraction, viewing, or injection.
