hey i have a very open ended question, whats the benefits of modding my 360 in the game halo 3?
can u skin mod?
can u change characters?
tell me the most u can if possible plz!

You cannot do anything via modification of your 360 to Halo 3. You will not be able to run unsigned code, and thus you will not be able to modify any map files and play them.

You can modify usermaps, assuming you have not upgraded your dashboard to NXE. Other than that, no, there isn't any way for a typical user to modify Halo 3 content, aside from purchasing a developer kit for several hundred dollars.

Even then you would need special programs that are out of you reach.

He can still mod Halo 3 content file even after he upgrades to the NXE, since there are a few unbanned KV's out right now.

Its just a ask of time when Microsoft will ban them too.
CON Modding is not longer "safe" and has not even much possibilities todo big Modifications.
