Is it possible to mod a picture and put it back on your HDD, I've seen on posted by a guy name Anthony###. It says Bungie's Judo is strong but not strong enough? And its a spartan dropping "Items" on the Bungie logo. Is it possible to do that with an Xport?

You cannot do it, you need a container resigner.
Only Anthony and one other person have such a resigner.
