Ok now, the only reason I'm here is to complain about one of your mods. I'm not saying derank him, ban him or whatever you may do, I'd just like to get it in the air about how he doesnt have the certain quality of being a moderator. One of that is you have to be mature.

This moderators name would be Cuda, he could have been joking or whatever but this isnt the first time hes brought stress towards me while im trying to maintain a site.
The first time was when wes was banned, the first thing I see was A. A topic at my site that wes posted about him being banned. B. Cuda in there blaming my site (RSMP) about what happened. Another mod came in to flame wes (not saying who). Could have been a team play, maybe not, its irrelivant.

Now, to the real issue in why I came back to report him. Today I just started to talk to him on MSN, and later I invited a friend into the room cause he wanted to talk to cuda about some issues with Steam. Well my friend jokingly spams the room a bit, just a few pointless messages like:

Like that and Cuda gets mad about it, but before that happened, Cuda wanted me to give back his rank so he could update the avitars because I deranked him for being inactive. So i'm thinking "Hey, why not, im not that great at graphics". Well, now he has admin again, and once again, this was before the spam thing so there was no problem when I gave him admin.
So now were back to the part where my friend spams a little, well Cuda gets mad and wants to ban my friend (Thrifty), well I tell him not to, and he just said ok. Well I get on my site about a minute later and I was banned from the site, so I knew it was Cuda, and I ask cuda why he banned me, and he said it was to get me out of the way so he could ban Thrifty (my friend). Well, thank god he didn't ban anyone else, but he wanted me at first to say that I liked men and he would give it back. Well, I didn't think he would so I said no I wont. Well this thing goes on for a while and we get talking, I want him to unban me and he says no and plays this stupid little game.
Then he goes back to when wes was banned and callled wes my little puppy and that I had wes spam halomods. Which is stupid, I left halomods and wes and doctor planned this because I left, all I wanted to do was bring up my site a bit more and work on my next big project.

Well it was around there I started to get mad because he wouldnt give me admin back, and hes sitting here going through the member list wondering who else to ban. And thats when I said I will report him if he doesnt give me admin back so I can continue working on my site, and he says this:



Well I took a picture so I would have proof that hes doing this, in fact I took a couple. Heres another, I was telling him how immature he was for doing this and he said something about me failing at my site and about how I cancelled my project because I couldnt find mature actors (which is freaking hard to find mind you), and I got to saying how more mature the mods here are when they are on the forums and after a while he just said how immature everyone here is:



Ok, so after that he is saying that hes gonna leave his computer and keep me banned cause all you know hes going on a vacation, and I would have to wait 4 weeks before I could get back on. Well, I insist that he unbans me and he goes through the stupid phase like "How do I unban you" and "Oh I unbanned you but it wont work" and stuff. Well, after a while he unbanned me finally after threatening to ban the staff too. After that I blocked him from MSN.

Well I thought about whether I should post this or not, I was going to let it go but I can't just let this sit after a lot of the remarks he said and after locking every single topic in my news section.

Hes screwed with people like this before too.

Admins, do with this info what you want, I dont care if hes still mod after this, I just wanted to let you know how immature he can be sometimes.

Usualy I can only help if it was done on Halomods and not another site, but I believe moderators should be held to a higher standard regardless of wich site they are on. If they can't act like a decent person on more than Halomods then its obvious that they are just acting nice on Halomods for the sole purpose of having a rank. If Cuda will give an apology to multi-genre and can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he is mature enough to be a moderator here, he will get his moderator status back.

I am Sincerely Sorry Multi-Genre, and I full heartedly Appologize about Hijacking your site without a Ransom. If you do check your admin CP, you would see that I have banned myself via name not to return. as recognition, I will attach my signature onto this comment.

I demand an apology for this totally unwanted internet drama you decide to bring back.

For the record, I was the other mod who posted on his forum. It was not a 'team play.' It was me telling Wes that he was a jackass, which he was. I meant no disrespect to your site.

Me and Cuda talked over msn and he said teh sorry and didn't even flame me for reporting this whole mess, so I think he should get mod back.

O rly. Im just pissed at how much trouble ive had from halomods ever since I left and I thought it was time to do something about it.
I really don't see how its immature of me to report someone taking over a site that I pay for, and that I work my ass off on. I can't just take crap like this from people and let them go, it just targets the site for more things like this.

The site is yours since you paid for it. If Cuda took over the site without your permission, it would technically be stealing and fraud. However, if the conflict has been revolved, there's not much problem in it anymore. But I must say, it was quite immature and unnecessary for Cuda to do what he did.

Historical Spam is so much nicer than normal everyday spam.

One of my admins comes over here and hacks halomods and takes admin and deletes all the mods and maps, you'd think one of the admins from halomods would want to tell me right?
Or lets say, Dan that you have a site and one of my mods takes it over and deletes everything, youd probably tell me wouldn't you?

Also, Cuda caught me at an extremely bad time. I had been working on a project for about a year, a very stressing year, put a lot of my time during the summer getting it done, only to have it crash all over the place and explode in a firey death. So I was stressed enough, but when I saw that I was banned, I got fucking pissed, so this whole thing was probably out of anger, but I'm not going to say what I did was wrong.
