Suggestion/comment for modders...

Hey, for your programs or even seperately for that matter you should upload the halo 2 maps for download so that us people with no high-speed internet and stuff can still mod the maps at least, this probably would also help teams out a lot too

If you're talking about Bungie's copyrighted maps, then absolutely not. That would be illegal, my friend.

Yes, like Ravnz said, that is illegal.
And think about it, if you have a slow connection then why do you want people to put the maps up for download when most are over 100mb?

the program size would be about a gig! ha (including shared.map (400+megs alone) Mainmenu.map, and single_player_shared.map)

what would connection have to do with it i would take you for ever to download the map online post seems senseless to me it think it should be locked
