Seeing how an Admin is hardly ever on(by that I mean not even 1 in a week) And a forum like this would need a quick and immediate response. Therefore, I believe we should cycle out the administration staff. Do not demote, or strip anyone of rank, but promote. I suggest that BEEF!!! be promoted to Admin status, For he is one of the most active staff members on this side of halomods, and fill his JA slot with jks, or maca.

Just because they dont post doesn't mean they dont work.

I was a JA for a long ass time, and I know how the admin system here works.

EDIT: BEEF!!! would make a good admin, but no. Many of his decisions, from what I remember at least, were emotionally influenced by personal preference. If he has changed, it better show before Pie gives his blessing.

Not challenging what you're saying Pie, but can you point out an occasion where I did that? I just want to know for personal reference.

EDIT: Actually, I honestly question jks's true ability to moderate... No offense here, but I think he could do with a lot more time before even thinking of JA. There are much better candidates out there.

Not at all. It has nothing to do with me. I thought it was well deserved, seeing how he is the most active member of the staff, (apart from Maca and jks) and We do need an actual admin here, so Why not promote the Highest ranked and most active of the staff? Maybe Kirk could be one too, but he comes in every once in a while. Unlike beef who is here everyday.

Just because the administrators don't post very often doesn't mean they're not online. And if you don't see their names at the bottom of the index, it's probably because they're set to invisible so people don't contact them. Take MR-T and Aztec for example. I thought both of them were long gone, but both of them finally made some posts within the last month or two.

but what about the big break between the posts? Aztec hasnt shown up since he made Malf a Moderator. Nor has MR-T

Yes, but like I said: An administrator, or anyone for that matter, can be active without being an avid poster.

You are correct. I know several moderators that have not posted in ages, but still view the forums and moderate in the background.

And Cuda, thank you, but no. I don't have any wish of being an admin any time soon. :\

cuz some situations require an admin. Like changing rank images, and stuff like that. I saw that the FF got some fresh lookin Tags, and it dont look right if one side got shiny new tags, and the others dont.

You're talking about emblems? Emblems would be much harder to give out on the Users Forum since we don't have any sections like Outstanding mods. Besides, emblems mean nothing. They're just for fun. If you want an emblem so badly, put a couple together and set that as your avatar. But I don't see a reason why it's not fair to have emblems there and not here.
