banned on files forum

my profile on the files forum (avp DR@AGON) was banned
this is the message

files.halomods.com wrote:5 day ban issued for 4th sig offence. Sigs must be less than 75KB in size, not animated, and may not exceed 500x120 pixels. Please take the time to read over the forum rules upon your return.

this is my sig on the files forum

it is 400x120 and 61.33 kb
its not animated but it has a transparent background
please fix now this is the 2 time this has happened to me

Read the rules for this forum.
PM an admin or JA about being banned on the FF.

Don't panic, and don't post here! If you were banned from the files forums, it was for a reason and you will be unbanned whenever we tell you it will happen.
