on the first halo 3 cutscene, when the corman take a small computer, there a face there, can it be master chief face?

No.
Bungie made it very, very clear that they purposefully avoid showing his face in any sense, because it takes away from what the game is supposed to be. They would not put his face in there as an easter egg, that just destroys their goals.

Wot?
I remember seeing 'a' face on the beta.. If you get on the mongoose and have someone stand behind you with a plasma pistol, and have them charge it, it will create enough light to see in the dark areas of his helmet (if you (the mongoose driver) are positioned correctly), and you'll see a face. But I believe that was just a place-holder or something like that. It wasn't his actual face.

I think we just settled with the one in the beta not being the actual master chief because it was in multilayer.

That's not quite what he's referring to, but you are correct in that it was not John. Also, people with model extraction had known about that face long before it was discovered with that 'trick' and it was posted on these forums, the extracted model, that is, long before so.
