In halo trial, blood gulch was the only available map. In RvB, the first couple seasons were in blood gulch, but after they mainly situated the episodes in other maps.
dont forget, RvB ended with everyone saying "new map" so therefore, i can imagine they will be somewhere different, like maybe valhalla, or standoff

On a map where precise jumping is required I don't think mancannons will be very handy...Despite the joke ;)

An item will be a mini bridge I bet, so one can just walk evrywhere and also block off drop points. But i doubt thats the kool new items, just something else.

As much as I'd love to have lights, I sort of doubt there is going to be any forgable ones. It's just not that dark of a map :/

-Artificial Intelligence [grunts, brutes, marines, flood, jackals, drones, NOT quadwings and seagulls]
-Death zones
-Water
-Auto turret

-Water How would this work? There's already freezing water under you, where would you put it?
-Auto turret Nope. It's just one of those equipments that wouldn't work in multiplayer like Invicibility.

Every one of those would break the foundations of Halo multiplayer or basic gameplay.
AI is unrealistic for various reasons discussed over the years.
Death zones would be abused, and invisible, making them ridiculously unfair to players. If you don't want people in an area, block the doors.
Water would also be abused, and such abuse would mess up the engine. You can't really contain the water, and it would be difficult to measure it to have limits. Furthermore, it would be utterly useless to gameplay.
I don't know if you're talking about the equipment, or using the wrong name for an AI turret. For the former, it gives an unfair advantage to the player, requiring them to do nothing to get kills. The latter would not have reasonable method for determining where to shoot.

All of those are impractical, really.
