how do u unlock it? do u need to beat legendary mode?
ninja aka recon is bungie employees only.
hayabusha samurai's you need to find all of the gold skulls.

There is no resason for this thread, If you searched you would find that Pyroman made a thread that shows where all the Skulls are.
