Anyone know what the best level in campaign is to get the achivement for taking out an enemy vehicle with equipment? Im going for this on campaign cause there arnt that many trip mines in matchmaking.

In the highway level there are trip mines in one of the bunkers at the place where the phantom lands.

probably missed them cause i have a bad habbit of gun down, check later.

You can start at the first rally point of Tsavo Highway, go there, then kill one of the Choppers up ahead with it. That's how I did it anyways.

Yeah, Tsavo Highway. If you play BTB though, you can get a landmine and get the achievement on sandtrap.

EDIT: Forgot it has to be in a ranked game....so I guess do Tsavo Highway.

On the topic of killing with equipment, portable grav-lifts can lift vehicles, correct?

If so, I'd love to see a grav-lift launch a ghost or brute chopper up and off a cliff. Like position yourself near a cliff and deploy the lift as en enemy drives toward you.

That does work...not sure if it'd work with a Chopper, but a Ghost would most likely work.

ya i tried wih a choper first didnt work then tried again with another chopper and i got it.

On Normal, a Trip Mine alone won't kill a Chopper...I just hijacked the nearby Wraith, shot near the Chopper, got out and put a Trip Mine down...that killed it.

i got my achievment off a turret. the game got rid of my security sholders though. The second i go to use them it gets rid of them and locks them back up.

I had a similar error happen while unlocking Skulls...except it let me choose various locked helmets.
