Alright, here's an "equipment" thread. We haven't really had a discussion topic since Bungie confirmed the use of the X Button.

Things we've seen thus far:

Bubble Shield - Shielding device

• First seen in the Starry Night commercial, then confirmed in the Halo 3 Multiplayer ViDoc.
• Will protect what's inside from explosions and bullets, but will not stop people or vehicles from passing through. Likewise, you can not shoot from the inside out.
• Can be moved by an explosion inside the bubble.
• Will go away after taking a certain amount of damage, or after being set up for a certain amount of time.

Trip Mine - Explosive device

• First seen in the Halo 3 Multiplayer ViDoc video.
• Will detonate when touched, creates a large explosion, large enough to kill a Warthog and its passengers.

Portable Gravity Lift (?) - Lift device

• First seen in the Halo 3 Multiplayer ViDoc video, then later in the leaked Last Resort video.
• Simple as it sounds. Drop it and it creates a standard-sized gravity lift where it lands.

Power Drainer - Unknown

• First seen in the leaked Last Resort video, not yet confirmed.
• Effect is unknown.

Name unknown - Radar manipulation device

• First seen in the leaked Epitah video, not yet confirmed.
• Will add multiple enemy icons on everyone near it's radar, including the person who deploys it, in order to confuse people as to where the real enemies are.

I forgot the name of it, but that deployable bomb thing used in the video before the Spartan was run over by the warthog; is that considered part of the equipment or is that a separate thing?

Oh yeah, I forgot the Trip Mine.

Activates when touched, rather large explosion.

can you talk about the radar thing, since technically its leaked content? One of my topics got deleted for something like that.

He can do what he wants, hes Tural . jp but yes you can because you aren't talking about a location of where to the video.

Correct. I believe your topic was removed because it was specifically about the leaked video, whereas this is about a game feature, utilizing leaked content for informational purposes.

Would those personal/portable grav lift things be considered equipment?

Or are the part of the levels?

Actually, I'm pretty sure those are eqipment as well because there was one in front of the wall with players around it on High Ground, and in other piictures its not there.

Yeah, it is a piece of equipment. Shown in the MP vidoc and Last Resort.

Well I dont have much to say that hasnt been said already. But I just watched the leaked vids and all i can say is, is everyone over at MS drunk. Cuz they can never seem to keep the camra on the game its always looking at the ground or something.

Side Note: MS sucks at halo3.
