H2 XP editor?

i dont know if this is a dumb question or not, im getting H2V but i have XP, my friends know how to make it go to XP, but i was wondering if it the map editor works and everything else with it? like the map editor peticurally

I'm pretty sure the last time I installed it for someone it said there was an option to install the editing kit.. I'm not 100% sure, though.

thanks all i need is that little assurance that it is there, i have some good ideas. (not noob maps, ill work hard on these maps!)

When i was working with Halo 2 on xp i got the map editor and the dedicated server installed.

I have used the Loader.exe (part of the WoWLoader) and it has worked plenty fine for my moms pc (XP SP3). My Laptop/PC Have vista on them.
