hi its 117 again but this time ive got a fast modem broadband i think its ADSL or [DSL that what steam tells me which is 256k]

also ive got no live updates just normal live before the updates were there and im ready for multiplayer but one problem.

when i try to go to live it saids update required the it downloads it but the progess bar doesn't move then goes to the end and nothing happens what now i wait .

coz im very inpatient

WAIT, It takes about 5 minutes. Other than that download the update and install manualy.

i did waited half a hour unless m internet speed went down alot since i have been downloading alot of stuff

you have to WAIT forever. if it takes more the 1 hour and 15 min retry

Took me less than a minute. I dont know the problem or solution, i just though i'd point that out. I'd start with testing your internet connection, turn off your UAC in Users, and if that does not work just re-install and manually download all patches and install them in order.

STOP DOWNLOADING STUFF! That fixes most lag issues.

well it seems my interet speed went slow and i used all my fast download speed up

also i wish live would tell u in numbers like 43% or something like that

yes the first update was done but now the second update is trouable says im not connected to the internet when i try to dl the second udate
