halo 2 game types

ive been looking around in my saved games folder and i noticed something. it had the to game types i have. what i couldn't figure out was why they were exactly the same EXCEPT for their names. how Does the game engine interpret that to make the too diferent game types

Two places are where the saved games folder lies.
First one is which you speak, that one is full of crap. Its a lie.
The second one, located here:
X:\Users\Your_Account\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Halo 2\Saved Games
Where X is your drive letter, and your account is obviously, is your account name.
This folder location is where all the things placed are there. However, editing the files, doesnt change anything. :/
