3ds max 9 map creation???

Everytime I create a map it finishes compiling but it's always corrupt when I go to use it in sapien. Is it because I use 3ds 9 and the ghost script?? How can I create???

You have to light your map before it can load in Sapien.

Export to another version of 3ds, and try. If it works then it is The Ghost's .ASS Exporter.

Also, try to add another sky in Guerilla, I think I had this problem.

The problem I had was that it wouldn't load in Sapein becuase I hadn't created the lightmap for it, and after I did, it worked. I haven't used 3ds max 9, so I wouldn't know if the Exporter was buggy, but if you haven't created a lightmap for it, try. If not, do what T1xAnton said.

I think the script I use is just bad. I'm going to go get max 8 or 7

Sometimes the script will give me an error if I have my map as an editable poly. Meening it has to be an editable mesh to export.

I am having problems with that exporter to. whenever i try to compile a .ASS file i export with it, it never works the screen just closes.

Yeah, Always always set it as an editable mesh.

so you change it from editable poly to editable mesh before exporting?

I just use editable mesh only. Works fine for me.

i'm gonna have to try it.. in the tut i went through it said to use editable poly. but maybe that will solve my problem i was having on exporting.
