ok do you now how in blood gulch on one base theres that spot do you need mod to get up there.

If you're talking about the little sniping type area to the right of the blue then no, you can just drive up the wall to left of it in a ghost and get up there. If you're not talking about that spot then specify where on the map you are talking about.
