Is it possible to jack the scarab??

Can you? lbecuase some people say you can, some say you cant. can some one clear this up for me and if you can can u tell me or take pics or a vid would be nice. (ethier of the levels)

The Reason (I Think) Is That The Scarab Does Not Acctualy Count As A Vehicle.
It's Guns And It Are Seprate Things. The Gun Is In The Scarab And Is Fired By... I Don't Know Who.
(Like The Floating Assault Rifles In Halo 1)
But My Point Is No. It Can't Be Jacked
