how can u say this is cheating? its part of the game, and both teams can benifit from it. if sum 1 knows a really good sniper spot, that gives them an advantage, its not "cheating" to use it, its called strategy, and its wut ppl use when they... want to win. if sum 1 uses a rocket jump to get to u, then they pull out a cheap stick and bonk u up, guess wut, SO CAN U. not cheating, strategy!

Take this up with Bungie, and read what they said. They will ban if you do this in a matchmade game, period.

I wonder why it is not possible to do it in split screen? Has to have something to do with the way the host updates it's clients in system link. That is where the bug in the code probably lies.

i would have to say its def cheating because there is almost no preventing this from being done cause u cant kill the person who is in dummy mod unless u kill thier body bak at the base, for fun this is good yes but the only reson for someone to use it in a matchmade game would be because they suck and cant win



btw most of the these gliches i dont think they are because they work so perfectly i think the programers just got bored when making halo, like in burial mounds, how is it the entire map has an invisible barrier except one little spot. and the rocket trick where u fly at the person. anyway i was bored so just thought i'd post that

well i can tell u 1st hand, the sward glitchs were not intended at all. there is a guy that i brought to my clan that works for bungie. i swear to god its the truth, ive been kicking it with him in games for a bout a month or two now and hes been telling me some cool shit... like at zanzibar if u look at the computer screen u can see where it says (WAC) its a M$ inside joke that means (weak ass code)

anyways this glitch is like a cheat but with the right stratagy u can fight it... go kill the body, dont let the hog in, defend even harder, if they cant get a hog in then they needa get a guy to grab the flag and take it to the "ghost man" so if u play harder D they u will have no problem, all the real Elite players can handle this i think....

Bungie has just said that Cheating is when only 1 person can do it
if the whole party can do it then it is not cheating
