I think you need to add to the grenade projectile tag's life. Make it like 1000 or something I think.

check here I haven't tried it but im pretty sure it works mess with the initial and final velocity.. ill go mess around in HMT now and tell you what i find

hmm, not the best model i agree. Also read the sig rules, 500x120, your sig is too large.
