HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Here is a loading screen I made today. Nothing fancy nothing elaborate just Halo 3 & simple. I mean, come on I made it 4 fun. I found this picture while I was on the "internets" & I stumbled on to this picture. My immediate reaction to it was that I laughed, then i said "SWEET!" & I got it for my background. Basicaly it is a Halo 3 re-enactment of the Halo PC cover, very clever. Using a couple of the armor variants: Mark V & ODST. Nice, eh? Well enjoy. Oh, & I also included a copy of the wallpaper in the download.

is your hud messed up now too? ammo, radar and away points?

Oops! lol I'm out of it, there i think it is fixed, I'm not a great speller.
Needs moar effort eh? I just madea quick & simple skin is all.
& Pepsi idk why that happened, though I know what you are talkin bout. The same thing happened to me while I was doing cubemap changes for my current project. Only way to fix it is to re-inject those bitmaps.

I think the idea of the picture was pretty cool and it looks pretty good to me, the only thing i don't like is the text but im not a fan of bevel and embose

no it just...ugh its a gross picture.

the reason they are corrupted is that you choose "no to resize" when injecting.

Looks like a fake halo 3 masterchief, like those lil' figures you can buy (not right now, but i think it's in a few months.). Too plasticey, has a bug which does a screw job on your HUD, not my kinda thing,

No offense, but there really is no effort in this. Looks like you took the screenshot, and added on some text with the bevel blending option.

i agree. this shows little to no skill.

Oh and one more thing, you need a prefix for your mod.

Since it's a skin it should be "[Skin]"

Well, this mod was a fail.....
