Its not that bad. Instead of posting about 40-50 skins a day, post maybe one every 2-3 days, and work really hard on them, make them good. For this i'll give you a 4.5/10.

It looks alright, nothing amazing, and I can't see anyone actually using this, It doesn't suit anything. That's one of my biggest problems with skins is when they won't fit with anything,

Try to make it realistic, Dont have it just be a lot of colors splashed all over, make it realistic, like a real warthog would be in a war.

Maybe go with a dark gray-colored metal look, and have it look worn down, so have some parts darker, and edit the multipurpose to give it scratches and dents, then look at it, and if it's not right, keep tweaking it until it is, instead of just posting it here.

Before posting, think to yourself, Do I like this skin?, Will others like it?, Will others use it?, and is it worth posting?.
