HAHA a fence!! but really dude you should take a little bit more time on this, it could have some potential. just work on it some more and it'll look like 100% better

Looks interesting. Do I see one of my pistol models?
I like the skin overall, nice design. Could be better, smoother.

I don't like it at all, I don't care if its his first skin, He should ask himself before posting (Will people like this?), and for the looks of it, no. You really need to work on your skins more, try not aiming for the 5 minute job.
