Arena Gulch Mod
Comes in day and night along with extra .ppf files to remove the mods given. also has a nice little read me file to tell people how to install them if they dont know. it has no vehicle height limit, fog or darkness, a floating log arena that changes colors according to your distance from it, trees and ferns on the arena, and new spawn points for the hogs and banshees.
here are some pics for it:
the intro pic
a nice view from the map cieling
the arena
look how high up that thing is! dont fall...
everything i made for this mod i made myself with no help. but i respect your opinion. tell me if you think there is something i should add, and i will see what i can do as long as its not scenery >.< i dont want to see another log alive or dead again.
rate it: x/10

second pic makes no sense...if you wanted to show off the ceiling height...show the mod...but thats just IMO.
looks like a logmod with a weird bitmap...
Is this your first...if it is, keep learning and do better...
if this isnt your first go to the tut section now...
Edit: to Pactrick's post below me: LOL

I'm not going to rate this but if this is your first, try rebuilding with a lot of scenery that can create a theme to the map (e.g. snow gulch or whatever) I kind of like the arena idea, but you should move all the spawn points up there, give the logs a new bitmap and maybe edit some of the scenery up there because I don't like the idea of the scenery up there in the first place, unless of course you re-modeled it or something.
Give this link a try, it's instructions and a download for tagged new log models with a new collision(turns logs into building blocks) also it's for PC.

Yeah and as said before the log's bitmaps look funky, maybe give them one of an existing bitmap.(like a metal one or something)

this is my first mod and ive had it a long time, not the night version but the day version. i made the night version just to give some variatey to a sucky map. yes i know this isnt a good map and yes i know i didnt do very well on the bitmap, but first ive been gone from the pc halo for a long time and im trying to get a hold on things again lol. so sorry if it wasnt up to your standards but give me a few days and ill probably have AI troops attacking everyone in bloodgulch from a covenant dropship in no time. by the way, does anyone know why when i put fog on in the maps with the logs that i turned into blocks, why do they suddenly go black in white fog and red in night? i know it isnt my shaders because i havent used any except on the vehicles.
