its not special (nor mine) but has some changes look at the bitmap
Pred1tor told me this: Mac Austin do me a favor and tell the Halomods people that my pistol skin was NOT filter!

maybe fake bumpmapped lighting too? i dunno.. like i said.. looks cool but it LOOKS like a it was just filtered.
now...
if people are saying it just looks like a filter was used then shouldnt that tell you that not enough was done to it to make it special and stand out? he may have done tons of work to it but no one is seeing it. and tbh i dont really see i in game either alot except some new texture on it.

It's not hi definition if it's the same resolution.....it's just more detailed by what looks like canvas filters and grungebrushes.
