[skin]Blue eagle hog 1st skin!!

Uh this is my first skin and i think it is pretty good
Everyone knows how to install skins obviously if they come here but if not you can use hmt and swap out the .dds files in the bitmaps. Make sure to backup the orginal skin tho because if not there is probably no way to get it back with out reinstalling halo!!!

It's your first skin but all you really did was add a filter. Meh, I don't like it very much but it's your first skin so it shouldn't look great yet.. It doesn't remind me of a blue eagle either. Maybe if the graphics were better..

I never said that.. I said that maybe it would look better if you had better gfx. Never said it sucked. Never put it in caps.
