developer=phoenix. That guy who made the banshee skin is phoenix.
He joined here as developer, made a new account (against the Rules) as phoenix, Started spamming his "H3 Assault Rifle" with about 6-7 topics on it (also against the rules), Ripped content without permission and implied that he had permission to do so, then put it up for download (hey guess what, against the rules) constantly messaged me about a mod I didn't want to make, after I told him to stop messaging me (He's not so good at this not-rule-breaking) and then when he was finally banned, he tried to come back as devloper (evading a ban=against the rules.) before he was banned again.
And sometime in that time-frame he made the pathetic excuse for a modding team called "PM7". They haven't accomplished anything, and most likely never will.
Almost everyone here hates him.
