It wasn't irrelevant, the topic was bumped from over a month ago, I was asking if there was any reason for it or if it was just to get attention.

So since there was nothing new added, I see no reason for this to be bumped. You should have let it die out. It's had it's time, and it's passed. Make something new instead of bumping one of your old topics back up and pushing other new downloads down.
