Not if you made what you're converting, or have permission from the author of the CE items to convert them.

Yeah, I made the laser sight, I was asking if someone could rip it to pc tags for me because i was having trouble doing it myself. I wouldn't come out and blatently ask someone to rip something for me, I'm not a dirty little nub.

Well, if you can do it in CE, why not keep it in CE? The only advantage I see of converting it to PC is so that if you rebuilt a map with the tag, saved the meta and injected it into a map you could make a ppf. But you're most likely going to rebuild the map and have to upload a huge file, so why not just use the HEK?
