It looks corrupted, and there was no effort put into it at all, but I still like it for some reason.

I personally don't like this. This, in my mind, is the same as pasting pictures into bitmaps. looks like all you did was get this blue tile picture and made it semi-transparent in a layer over the normal skin. sorry this just does nothing for me. :\

Eww no effort or nice detail, it looks like it was dropped in some blue paint.

For one: I didn't paste anything. I'm simply not that gay.
For 2: I used GIMP to make this skin and I used the tiled effect after making a supernova filter.
For 3: This was like my 4th skin so back off.

2: filters always fails.

3: so what if its your 4th after your 2nd you should get the idea that things like these arnt accepted much.

Dude, filters are fine, it's the end result that counts. But some sort of random radial blue, fails.

Dude, if you aren't serious about getting critiqued,then don't post anything here.
Do you think if a film maker of any sort who receives a bad rating goes out of their way to say "What the hell?"I seriously doubt it.
I personally don't like it, the lines have no direction and it doesn't have any real flow to it.
