[skin]plasma rifle

just a real quick plasma rifle skin i whipped up a couple days ago...i would've posted a while ago but for some reason halomods banned my email...(J@$()N) so i'm back...oh and tell me what u think of the skin

cuz it's good and "not good" he said.. Anyways, the skin looks okay to me as well. The black dots could go away too. Overall, I give it a 7/10(don't make it a big deal if it's not like 8 or 9 outta 10 because you're competing with great mods to be 9 to 10 out of 10.
