In my opinion all you did was change everything on the ghost to grey. a I think you need a new graphics card badly.
Its alright I guess for a first skin though.

I don't play halo PC anymore or mod it anymore, but i do know that this skin is so noob, all u did was change the color... next time try to make some more detail...or dont try at all.
