heh, you'll have to spend a little more than that to get good graphics. I spent $256 on my Asus Radeon 9600XT and im still not totally happy with graphics although they are good enough for now. Also you'll have to buy a card with atleast Direct X9.0 to have halo run properly. So I recomend saving up...

i got hek and halo CE. though why do i need halo CE, wont it work in Halo? and what tools in hek? 3dsmax? sapien? gurilla?

um its happened with some bloodguch maps one with AI in it and another one called forest gulch. and the exception errors were becuase a of a ppf with forest gulch and its not becuase i have to reinstall it and i have backups.

When ever i try new maps for Halo CE i get errors (not all the time some of them work) that pop up. sometimes it will pop up when i start halo and it will say: "one of the halo map files is either missing or corrupt please reinstall halo" and the only option i have there is to exit halo. O...

Ya I think the whole point of the demo or trial w/e you wanna call it is that you can only do a limated amount so you'll buy the full version. But it's likely that someone will hack it or do something to put new maps in.

It might be a problem with your video card. I used to have a 9100 and it wouldn't would very well. also the 9100 is not supported by Halo so it won't work as well with it. I have a 9600XT now and it works great. My friend is selling his 9600XT for around $200 if you wanna buy it?
