I agree with shade and everyone else, loooooooooongggg overdue

Im new to the Halo modding scene and I get about modding varients and all the resigner stuff however I cant get my head around these plugins. What i mean by that is what do they do and what are the purpose of them?

There are no scarab identifiers in any maps, except the campaign, that i know of. I doubt you can replace anything with a scarab, but the same technique with anything else (like a pelican) should work :D I don't think there are any Pelicans in any Multiplayer maps either. http://www.youtube.com/wat...
