According to Halo Wiki (http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/), each difficulty setting both increases the effectiveness of the Covenant, and decreases the effectiveness of your Marines. Would it be possible to alter the difficulty settings to have both sides be as effective as they can be? I'm kinda tired of...
