Has anyone ever thought of making a new container, with all the same stuff as the one on Xplorer has(.map, .blf, .mapinfo) and then delete that one and replace it with the one you made? Good idea or am i wasting my time...?

I noticed all the forge variants and .maps in WXPirs in the DLC(not legendary) and i knew what they were but the one thing that got me was the spa.bin. Can someone explain what this is and if it is anything special?

I see a Dev Kit for $700 and i just wanted to ask...if i were to get this what would i have as an advantage? Please dont start postin stuff like .xex because im not a smart modder...at all so please explain this as easy as possible.
