I was looking for the HEK earlier and I've been having trouble finding it. I finally found it on a french website, but still I think it should be brought to the communities attention. I can't remember if I foud it here either.

Why would a military artillery shell explode? That makes no sense. What would that do? Why would an artillery NOT explode? Surely you must know that most modern day ordnance explodes on contact especially artillery shells. You just cannot pick a target the size of a man and hit it with an artillery...

Lol, command prompt is fun to mess with. I actually found a way to get into other people's files. I could even get into the administrators files. This was at my old school. Doing it was super easy and terribly obvious. I was amazed that it wasn't blocked. I never did anything bad with it though.
