Blue streak requires that what you export have materials applied to it. That is assuming youre using Bluestreak, and thats the only exporter Ive gotten that error from before, so I would guess that you are.

If you mean a .jms exporter (and I asume you do), then try bluestreak or chimp. Bluestreak: http://ghost.halomaps.org/bluestreak/jms/ And chimp can be found somewhere around there as well. Also, the base really isnt all that hot, look for a style to go with, and go with it. If you want forerunner, I posted a basics of forerunner tutorial somewhere around here, but I dont really feel like digging it up so. yey.

Overall, I like it, but the hexagons need to be way less distinct, and more blended. Just looks really weird as is. Change that up and everything should be pretty hot. Image

Not bad, but not good either. There is a lot of boring inset + bevel/extrude that are really turning me off. Theres also a lot of weird triangles, fix the verticies to keep flat stuff flat.
