ok, i tried willtheoct's idea, it didnt work then i did spartans, that didnt work eather, now just one ? how do i reset the graphics card?

ok, this is basically what is wrong, i was modding weapons just for fun when the graphics for halo on the pc (or any other game like ut2004 or WOW) have messed up and the pixels are all screwed up. like i shoot a rocket and instead of blowing up like it normally does it shoots out a rainbow of color...
