I don't know how to fix your problem but could you please tell me where you got the H3 weapons? Cause I see you have a zip of them on your desktop.

Try this. If you remember when you installed it it asked you if you wanted to start in safe mode or if you wanted to continue anyway. Well your soposed to click continue anyway. If you get a bunch of words when you try to download it this is all you have to do. Just right click the download link and click save target as and save it in your 3dsmax scripts folder.
