HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

When I put in a bitmap in tool (Cmd prompt) it said: ==>WARNING!! failed to open TIFF: unsupported bits per sample <16> or sample count <3> And it always says: couldn't read map file ./toolbeta.map but it shows up in all the HEK stuffs so that is usual I expect Tool++ always comes up with the same ...

I keep getting this error in tool (and in tool++) where it says: ### ERROR couldn't update edge #965 (red). What does this mean and how do I fix it.
